Welcome —
First Month

$60

One class can't tell you much, but four can.

Your first thirty days, four classes, $15 a class. Long enough for the practice to take hold, and long enough for us to learn your name. One per person, for anyone new to the studio.

STEADY membership

$72/month

Four classes a month. $18 a class.

Once a week, kept. A practice doesn't ask for much, but it asks every week. This is the rhythm most lives can hold.

ROOTED membership

$128/month

Eight classes a month. $16 a class.

Twice a week is where the practice stops being a thing you do and starts being a thing you have. Your body will tell you the difference by the second month.

HOME membership

$158/month

Unlimited classes.

Some seasons ask more of you. For those, the door is open as often as we are. Come tired, come often, come back.

MamaTee Wellness is a yoga and wellness studio in Howell, NJ. Eight students at a time, on purpose. Yoga, teas and tonics, oils, and the kind of community that holds you on the hard days and pushes you on the easy ones.

Studio as home

Capped at eight so you're seen. A room that learns your name. Personal instruction every class — beginner, returning, or twenty years in.

Wellness from the kitchen

Teas, tonics, and wellness shots made by Tee in small batches. Clean, organic, simple ingredients. Food is medicine. Movement is medicine.

Held together

Workshops, gatherings, and small groups for the seasons that ask more of us. Elders welcome. Beginners welcome. You don't carry it alone here.

Why the room is small

This is a Paragraph Font

Eight students. That's the cap, and it's on purpose.

It's how the teacher learns your name.

How your shape gets adjusted instead of ignored.

How a stranger becomes someone who asks about your week.

You're not going to fall through the cracks here.

There aren't any cracks to fall through.

Breath...

Rooted. Real.

Yoga isn't going to fix your life in a day. But an hour on the mat, in a room that knows your name, tends to help.

Mama Tee is a fantastic yoga teacher. Her space is beautiful, I marvel over the attention to detail and how she has created such a warm and welcoming room. I really enjoy her teaching style. She fosters such a genuine sense of community. I feel great when I am there and great when I leave. And that is the whole point! I highly recommend!! (& her homemade tea is delicious :)
