We need the lead time because everything is made fresh, by Tee, between teaching classes. The 48 hours is what lets us say yes.

Payment
Venmo and Zelle for all orders. Cash works too, in person at the studio.
Pickup
Pick up your order at the studio, before or after class. If you're in the Jackson area, porch pickup can be arranged too. Just ask.

Food is medicine. Movement is medicine. We don't outsource either one.
Everything in Tee's Teas & Tonics is made with clean, organic, simple ingredients — nothing in the bottle that doesn't belong there. Made with love and care. That's not marketing. That's just what it is.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do the teas and tonics last?
Keep them refrigerated, and plan to finish within 7 days of pickup. No preservatives, no shelf stabilizers, just the ingredients, so they're best fresh.
Do you ship?
Right now we're pickup-only; either from the studio in Howell or the porch in Jackson, NJ.
Can I order for an event?
Yes — parties, showers, wellness gatherings. Reach out through the contact page with the date and headcount.
Do you take last-minute orders?
We try, but the honest answer is 48 hours is what we need to say yes confidently.
Are these supplements? Do they treat anything?
Everything we make is food and plant-based wellness — not medicine. If you're pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a health condition, talk to your doctor before adding our teas, tonics, or oils to your routine. Your care team knows your body best.
