This list is the inside line at MamaTee Wellness. It's where I share what doesn't go on socials: the teaching that comes out of class, workshop dates before they go public, notes from the kitchen on what I'm making this season, and the quiet announcements that stay between the people who actually want to be kept.
The list is small on purpose, like the room.
Real updates from the studio, not marketing. When something useful happens in class (a cue that landed, a sequence I wrote, a question someone asked that I'm still thinking about), it goes here first. Workshop and small group dates before they're posted anywhere else. Notes on what's coming out of the kitchen: the teas, the salves, the simple food we make in small batches.
Seasonal rhythms matter to us. You'll hear from us when a new cycle begins, when the schedule shifts, and when there's a reason to gather. You won't hear from us for the sake of hearing from us.
Texts are how the people I want to reach actually get reached. Email gets buried. Socials show you what an algorithm decides. A text is direct.
We promise not to overwhelm you. Frequency varies with the season. A typical week is one or two messages, never a flood. Reply STOP at any time and you're out, no hard feelings.
